Gastronomy
Hospitalization and nutrition course complex Josué de Castro nutrition course of the UFRJ.
This multidisciplinary project aimed to build a building to be the headquarters of the Gastronomy Course of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The origin of this project is related to the need for a physical space adapted to serve as the seat of the Gastronomy Course. The headquarters building, located south-east of the University Restaurant, in the Fundão Island, has three (03) floors, with the distribution of theoretical and practical classrooms, management and rooms dedicated to storage and handling. With an initiative of the UFRJ, we proposed the development of an integrated building, with maximum use of space and better compliance with the course which requires more space for practical rooms, beyond space for food and waste storage.
