New main office of the postgraduation of UFRJ-Mar and of the Polytechnical Institute for Cabo Frio.

This multidisciplinary project aims at the construction of a building that serves like new main office of the postgraduation of the UFRJ-Mar and of the Polytechnical Institute for Cabo Frio at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The origin of the present proposal is linked to the necessity of creation of an area adapted for implantation of a building of classrooms. This original project predicts the project of a building disposing a polysporting block, classrooms, canteen, studio of boats, classrooms, services and maintenance. The building aims for a good insertion in the environment and maximization of the environmental comfort, in the form to affect the minimum the local fauna and flora, in other words, without interfering in the environment, and doing from the preservation and sustainability basic points in the preparation of this project.
